Fall escape in powder pink……
Inspired by autumn and its splendid mixture of colors, I wanted to create an editorial with a natural and wild spirit, free.
Autumn is my favorite season for its trees with flamboyant shades, its warm and soft light. This awakens my desire to escape: to explore landscapes, to collect plants from wild branches, …
My inspiration also comes from Flemish baroque painters: painting sumptuous bouquets of freshly picked flowers, decorative abundance.
The color chart for this inspirational shoot varies in shades of powder pink and blush, tones supported by stronger colors like marsala and terracotta.
Magnificent providers.
Behind the lens, talented photographer Maud Villa. With her Fine Art style, she knew how to transmit perfectly and without losing any detail, the soft atmosphere of the property decorated with pretty shades of Farrow and Ball paint. A luminous result, full of poetry.
I was also accompanied by many other talented providers. Thank you for their enthusiasm and their involvement! For the wedding dress, the designer “Aux fils de I’histoire” made us this tailor-made dress by mixing several vaporous materials: lace, silk veil and tulle.
For jewelry, Leïla from LS Buecher, an adorable and spontaneous young woman, has kindly lent us an alliance called “Elise” in yellow gold topped with two diamonds. The romantic stationery in muted tones was created by a Parisian designer, Atelier Preszburger. We have mixed floral touches and small details. The table linen and the silk ribbons come from the house of Mademoiselle Cotton, a small company that makes these garments in Burgundy. We were fortunate to obtain a nice powder pink washed linen tablecloth that perfectly matched our floral decoration.
The Make up was executed by Audrey Beau, make up artist in Strasbourg. A beautiful work at the same time fresh, light and with a touch of warm colors! The cake was made by the Cookines, culinary blogger, lover of good organic recipes cooked with love and excellent products.
For the floral part, I was supported by my accomplice Anaïs Inizan, stylist and florist for the realization of all these decorations.
Chic and elegant inspiration…
We have created a flowery table around a round baby arch on which climbs branches of clematis and wild berries, in association with a sublime collection of fragrant garden roses and autumnal plants.
We wanted to show a fresh, modern and romantic table lit by the natural light of this magnificent end of season. An extraordinary Indian summer! Next to this table and in agreement, we designed a vaporous, ethereal arch. The plants intersect there, intertwine, talk and combine to create a perfect structure, framing our beautiful Laura. An invitation to travel and dream.
